Are you ready to take your Citrix expertise to the next level? Our client team is seeking an experienced Information Systems Architect to play a critical role in advancing our Secure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a new project while ensuring security, stability, and compliance across a large-scale environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide level 2–3 technical support for Citrix/XenApps environments
  • Monitor and manage VDI platforms (Netscaler, ControlUP, etc.)
  • Support VDI sessions, stacks, and troubleshooting requests
  • Patch, maintain, and secure Citrix platform servers
  • Oversee XenDesktop Broker monitoring and alerting (Citrix/VMware)
  • Deploy and support Microsoft services: AD, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Group Policy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and serve as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Train system administrators and team members on tools and processes
  • Analyze requirements and deliver infrastructure design specifications

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years Citrix administration (including XenServer in Production)
  • 5+ years Windows Server & Infrastructure experience (AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, WSUS, etc.)
  • 5+ years design/architecture experience
  • 5+ years Tier 1–4 support
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Advanced system testing tool knowledge
  • Hands-on expertise with Citrix XenDesktop & XenServer, VMware, and Microsoft Infrastructure
  • Strong planning and execution skills for large-scale projects
