What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in person and by phone.
- Process orders, payments, and account updates.
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and service delivery.
- Maintain showroom appearance and update inventory records.
- Handle opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
