Are you a confident communicator who loves turning conversations into customer success stories? We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a client in Toccoa, GA. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in connecting people with the high-speed services they need—all while growing your career in a supportive, team-driven environment. As the first point of contact for many of their customers, you’ll help match them with the right internet, TV, and phone solutions. Whether you’re taking inbound calls, following up on leads, or making warm outbound calls, your goal is to create loyal, satisfied customers who love doing business with us.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by recommending new or upgraded services to new and existing customers
  • Follow up on leads and make warm calls to potential customers to close sales and meet monthly targets
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to generate and manage new sales opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional service—handle service requests, place orders, and ensure customer needs are met quickly and effectively
  • Resolve concerns with care by addressing billing or service issues and ensuring complete customer satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits Overview:
  • Base Salary starting at $18hr plus commission
  • Full benefits including health insurance and retirement
