Are you a driven individual who likes to boost sales growth and build relationships with people? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a quickly growing home services company based in South Carolina and Georgia. The ideal candidate isn’t afraid of picking up the phone and building new relationships!

This is a direct hire, remote position with a Monday-Friday schedule from 12:00pm-9:00pm each day. After brief onsite training, this position will be 100% remote in SC or GA.  

DUTIES:

  • Connect with potential customers to sell new services and upgrade services for existing customers
  • Strengthen relationships with customer accounts and managed leads to close new sales
  • Confirm charges for services requested, collect payments, prepare change of address records
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding billing or services
  • Engage daily with the sales team, strategizing on ways to increase sales
  • Follow up with customers on service charge inquiries, collect deposits, and change customer information and address requests

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Around 1-3 years of cold calling sales or customer service experience ideal
  • Ability to persuasively and professionally communicate with people of all backgrounds
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Able to pass a drug screen, and background check based on company qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required

PAY/BENEFITS:
  • $18-$20/hour base + uncapped commissions

  • Remote schedule, M-F, 12pm to 9pm
  • Occasional holiday shift required
