Job Description:
- Assist with account opening, maintenance, and transfers
- Prepare, process, and track client paperwork
- Maintain client records in CRM
- Support compliance tasks such as documentation and reporting
- Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and prepare meeting materials
- Answer phones, route inquiries, and deliver an exceptional level of client service
- Assist with client communications, including emails, newsletters, and mailing coordination
- Oversee ordering and maintaining supplies, scanning, filing, and general organization
- Serve as a first point of contact for clients
- Help prepare and deliver reports
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role preferably within financial services
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- 100% ONSITE
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000 – $60,000
