Day to Day:
- Respond to trouble tickets or change requests.
- Working directly with end users to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Provide general troubleshooting and break-fix support.
- Support enterprise applications, servers, network equipment, PCs, and peripherals.

- Strong customer service experience
