Day to Day:

  • Respond to trouble tickets or change requests.
  • Working directly with end users to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Provide general troubleshooting and break-fix support.
  • Support enterprise applications, servers, network equipment, PCs, and peripherals.

  • 1+ year IT Support experience
  • Strong customer service experience
