A transportation company is seeking a Lease Account Manager in Plainville, Massachusetts. This position manages a fleet of lease and rental trucks for all New England locations. This position focuses on strengthening relationships with existing and prospective customers.
 
This is a direct hire, hybrid position that involves minimal travel.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and cold call new rental & lease customers
  • Travel to nurture relationships with existing customers and service personnel
  • Manage billing and invoicing
  • Create contracts, process credit applications, and review insurance
  • Obtain monthly mileages from rental customers for billing and maintenance
  • Communicate with local service team regarding breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance
  • Periodically audit inventory
  • Analyze and improve KPIs
 
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of related experience or education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent customer service
  • Sharp presentation skills
 
Benefits & Compensation: 
  • $50,000 – 60,000 base salary
