This is a temp-to-hire, fully onsite position. Hours are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Provide required leave paperwork and manage leave files through the full leave and return?to?work process
- Prepare all leave documentation and correspondence in compliance with federal and state timelines
- Track leave information in Kronos and update status changes in Lawson
- Review and organize medical documentation to determine eligibility based on policy and regulations
- Serve as liaison between employees, managers, and HR to ensure clear communication throughout the leave process
- Conduct training for district managers on leave procedures and compliance requirements
- Maintain up?to?date knowledge of FMLA regulations and policy changes
- Support departmental projects and assist as backup to the second Leave Administrator
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:
- Associate degree
- HR experience required
- Strong working knowledge of FMLA regulations
- Collaborative, positive attitude with strong customer?service orientation
- Commitment to supporting and enhancing the employee experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- $25 hr.
