Our client’s Leave Administrator will coordinate all aspects of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other leave-of-absence processes. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations while providing exceptional service to employees and managers. Prior experience administering FMLA is strongly preferred.
 
This is a temp-to-hire, fully onsite position. Hours are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide required leave paperwork and manage leave files through the full leave and return?to?work process
  • Prepare all leave documentation and correspondence in compliance with federal and state timelines
  • Track leave information in Kronos and update status changes in Lawson
  • Review and organize medical documentation to determine eligibility based on policy and regulations
  • Serve as liaison between employees, managers, and HR to ensure clear communication throughout the leave process
  • Conduct training for district managers on leave procedures and compliance requirements
  • Maintain up?to?date knowledge of FMLA regulations and policy changes
  • Support departmental projects and assist as backup to the second Leave Administrator
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
 
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree
  • HR experience required
  • Strong working knowledge of FMLA regulations
  • Collaborative, positive attitude with strong customer?service orientation
  • Commitment to supporting and enhancing the employee experience
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $25 hr.
