Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Columbia, SC office. You will work side-by-side with experienced partners on complex litigation matters—not just product liability, but a broad range of high-stakes cases.

This is an ideal opportunity for a driven attorney with significant litigation experience to take a more hands-on role in preparing cases for trial. Associates support national trial teams and play a visible role in client-facing matters.

Qualifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar
  • litigation experience in defense or corporate law
  • Strong litigation prep experience (trial support, discovery, depositions, etc.)
  • Experience billing time in a law firm setting
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing skills
