Law firm in Columbia, SC, is seeking a Paralegal to join its litigation team. This role involves managing litigated personal injury cases from the time a lawsuit is filed through resolution, including trial support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation files.
  • Draft legal documents, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and manage calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
  • Assist attorneys in trial preparation and attend trials as needed.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, medical providers, and other parties.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in personal injury law
  • Comfortable handling a high-volume caseload
  • Trial experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
