Summary:
We are seeking a Major Account Executive to specialize in selling narrow aisle forklifts to large distribution centers and warehousing environments. This is a high-impact, strategic sales role focused on building relationships with enterprise-level clients and other major distribution operations. You will be the go-to expert for narrow aisle trucks within your territory, owning all related leads and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of narrow aisle forklifts to major accounts across NC, SC, and GA.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at large distribution centers.
- Manage the full sales cycle for high-volume deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Report to your assigned branch as needed for customer meetings and equipment demonstrations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience selling narrow aisle forklifts or similar material handling equipment.
- Strong track record of success in major account sales with complex sales cycles.
- Ability to compete and win in a highly competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based role.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary commensurate with experience
- OTE: $175,000 – $350,000+
- Mileage reimbursement at a competitive rate
