A manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Spartanburg with manufacturing/ERP experience.

This role involves processing sales orders, invoicing, preparing documents, checking inventory, and more. With yearly performance reviews and opportunities for growth based on dedication and hard work, this position offers a fulfilling career path within our organization.

Details

  • Effectively handle inbound calls and emails, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
  • Accurately enter and process sales orders into ERP system, verifying inventory pricing, quantities, and shipping details
  • Generate quotes, freight quotes, and invoices for completed sales orders
  • Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and order confirmation

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing customer service experience, including Excel usage, ERP usage, and client order processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
  • Great Excel & ERP experience
  • Able to work in Monday-Friday 8-5 in Spartanburg, SC
