Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing and business development initiatives. This role plays a key part in promoting the firm’s brand, supporting business development efforts, coordinating events, and assisting with high-quality marketing content. Direct hire, full-time position.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Marketing
    • Support marketing team with internal and external events
    • Coordinate the marketing calendar 
    • Manage website and social media content
    • Assist with pulling and compiling target COI lists based on geography
    • Print and compile collateral for client meetings and events
    • Assist with client correspondence related to thank you notes, birthday wishes, etc. 
    • Assist with press release distribution
    • Compile and distribute quarterly client gifts
  • Business Development
    • Support sales reps with travel planning, expense reports, meeting agendas, notes, etc. Assist with drafting client-facing presentations
    • Research potential client/COIs to support strategic BD initiatives
    • Assist with management and segmentation of client and prospect data ensuring data integrity to support BD outreach efforts
    • Provide follow-up communication as requested to sales prospects 
Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset
