A commercial real estate company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for their Columbia office. This team member will work closely with the brokerage team to create high-quality promotional materials and execute property marketing strategies. Important skills include graphic design, digital marketing, and interest or experience in drone photography.
This direct hire position allows for one remote day per week.
Responsibilities:
- Support real estate brokers with marketing strategy and execution
- Design content for social and marketing collateral
- Write press releases, social media posts, and other editorial content
- Update property listings on the website
- Strengthen brand identity and consistency
- Create email marketing campaigns
- Participate in industry events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Creative portfolio demonstrating Adobe InDesign skills
- Interest in learning drone photography
- A/E/C industry experience, a plus!
Benefits & Compensation:
- $50,000 – $55,000, based on experience
