Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM/CX, events, and influencer channels
- Develop compelling digital and social content that builds awareness and deepens customer relationships
- Execute impactful events—product launches, trade shows, and community activations—to strengthen brand connection
- Collaborate with web and e-commerce partners to ensure a cohesive, high-quality online experience
- Manage and grow influencer and ambassador partnerships aligned with brand values
- Lead external creative teams to deliver on-brand, high-impact content
- Support strategic marketing planning with innovative ideas for long-term growth
- Analyze campaign performance and CRM data to deliver actionable insights and improve ROI
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of marketing experience across CRM/CX management, digital campaigns, social media, events, influencer partnerships, and websites
- Skilled in project and budget management, leading freelancers, agencies, and creative teams
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
- Experienced with WordPress, Shopify, and collaboration with web developers
- Knowledgeable in SEO, content marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization
Benefits & Compensation:
- $75,000 – $80,000
- Optional benefits through FGP
