Summary: A leading provider of mechanical solutions is hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support their marketing team by strengthening their brand and coordinating logistics at events.
The ideal candidate will come with previous marketing skills and ability to keep projects moving forward in an organized manner. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a company known for an awesome company culture and growth!
Responsibilities & Expectations
  • Support various events like trade shows, conferences, and internal gatherings by coordinating logistics like booth setup, shipping, signage, and promotional giveaways.
  • Assist in the marketing of new locations by updating signage, onboarding materials, and branded collateral to reflect our standards.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across the organization by updating templates, organizing digital assets, and assisting in the deployment of refreshed materials.
  • Partner with teams across the company to gather key information and support marketing activities tied to business integrations and transitions.
  • Manage marketing calendars, internal communication tools, and project trackers to keep everyone aligned and informed.
  • Provide behind-the-scenes support for a variety of marketing initiatives including coordinating with vendors, ordering materials, and keeping task lists up to date.
  • Contribute to improving internal marketing processes by identifying inefficiencies, helping document procedures, and supporting collaboration between teams.

Qualifications & Competencies
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects, timelines, and shifting priorities with ease.
  • Clear and effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, with sharp attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating input from a variety of departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with tools like Asana, SharePoint, or Canva is a bonus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow through on assignments without constant direction.
  • Curious and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to pitch in, adapt, and grow.
  • A solid grasp of brand consistency and the role visual identity plays in clear communication.
Compensation & Benefits:
