Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members by providing exceptional in-branch service.

  • Handle daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Build rapport with members, ask open-ended questions, and uncover additional needs.

  • Support both service and sales by recommending products or solutions that align with member goals.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure positive branch performance and member satisfaction.

  • Float between the Rosewood and Pulaski Street locations as scheduled (training will begin at Pulaski).

  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and compliance with all financial procedures.

Requirements:

  • Recent cash-handling experience

  • Customer service experience

  • Teller, banking, retail, hospitality, or front-facing sales background

  • Stable job history demonstrating reliability and commitment

  • Ability to pass a credit check

Nice to Have:

  • Previous MSR or teller experience

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree (not required)

Compensation & Incentives

  • $40,000–$42,000 annual salary
