Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to oversee and coordinate mitigation projects within the construction and environmental sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard software.

Description:

  • Lead and manage mitigation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Develop detailed project plans utilizing construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate project execution
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate project implementation
  • Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are maintained
  • Utilize tools like Civil 3D, ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera to monitor progress and document project developments
  • Manage project documentation including schedules, change orders, and progress reports
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and mitigation requirements
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams to promote collaboration and resolve conflicts efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of construction estimating, contracts, and project scheduling
  • Experience in construction management and site coordination within mitigation or environmental projects
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and leadership within the construction or mitigation sectors
  • Knowledge of safety standards and environmental compliance requirements
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
