We are seeking a motivated individual with strong customer service skills to join our mortgage customer service team. In this role, you will assist borrowers with questions about their mortgage accounts, process payments, and provide clear guidance on account information and documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding mortgage accounts (average ~40 calls/day)

  • Assist customers with making mortgage payments over the phone

  • Answer questions about mortgage-related documents, including tax forms

  • Provide account support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate information

  • Use technology and software to manage customer accounts, enter notes, and communicate via email

  • Learn new systems quickly and apply training to support customers effectively

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel)

  • Ability to quickly learn new computer systems

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    Eagerness to learn and deliver high-level support to customers

Type: Long-term temporary with potential for growth (3–6 months anticipated)
Pay: $17.90/hr

Schedule:
  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (approximately 4 weeks, onsite)
  • Post-training: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
