We’re seeking a highly organized, client-facing Network Services Manager to coordinate and execute network deployment projects across a nationwide customer base. This role manages timelines, dependencies, ISPs, construction readiness, and engineering schedules—ensuring each new site launches smoothly and on time. You won’t manage direct reports, but you will orchestrate the people, processes, and moving parts required for successful installations. After onboarding, you’ll support one of our largest customers as they open 40+ standardized sites this year.

Responsibilities:

Deployment & Operations

  • Manage full deployment lifecycle from kickoff to launch.
  • Coordinate ISP circuit ordering, delivery, testing, and activation.
  • Confirm site readiness (MDF/IDF, cabling, power, low-voltage work).
  • Schedule engineers and field technicians for go-lives and project milestones.
  • Track timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent sites.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as primary deployment contact for clients.
  • Lead structured project calls and provide clear, accurate status updates.
  • Represent the team with a professional, precise, and assertive communication style.
  • Identify issues early and escalate appropriately.

Process & Reporting

  • Follow and refine existing deployment playbooks (80% already documented).
  • Ensure SLA adherence and operational consistency.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership and engineering visibility.
  • Validate and route escalated support issues after process checks.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Experience with an MSP, network service provider, telecom coordination, or similar environment.
  • Working knowledge of networking (switches, APs, firewalls, VLANs, Wi?Fi).
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Experience working with ISPs, construction trades, landlords, and engineering teams.
  • Confident, client?facing communicator who can lead calls and manage expectations.
  • Highly organized, process?driven, and detail?oriented.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Background in coworking, flexible workspace, or commercial build?outs.
  • Familiarity with project/ticketing tools (Monday.com, HubSpot, similar).
  • Experience in service delivery, PM, or operational leadership roles.
Comp/Benefits:
  • Compensation: $70-80K/yr. Base Salary
  • Zip Code: 29406
  • Benefits: 100% of Health Coverage covered (Health, Dental, Vision),
