Responsibilities:
- Set appointments and close sales based on quarterly targets
- Handle customer concerns and maintain excellent relationships
- Respond to all email and phone leads promptly
- Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting an appointment
- Work with the prospect to determine the best floor plan and options
- Lead & Prospect follow-up using Contact Database
- Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios
- Weekend work required
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Residential construction experience preferred
- Driven to exceed goals
- Demonstrated success of relationship management
- Exceptional communication skills over phone, email, and virtual calls
- Solid organizational, planning and time-management skills
