Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager for a client in Greenville, SC. The Office Manager would oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment. Office Manager duties and responsibilities vary widely, so the position best fits a person who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and is self-motivated to learn and improve.
Responsibilities
- Communicate via phone call, text, email, & in-person with customers and staff
- Schedule meetings & appointments
- Organize & execute daily administrative tasks and procedures
- Proctor exams
- Manage accounts receivable & payable
- Complete monthly audits & reconciliation
- Maintain student records, accounts, & monthly scheduling
- Assist staff with administrative tasks and special projects
Skills
- Strong event planning skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with a focus on office management.
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
- Exceptional calendar management abilities to coordinate schedules effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience in supervising staff and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of human resources processes is a plus, particularly in a medical office setting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
Benefits
- Hourly pay up to $20hr
