A premier construction and development firm dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable real estate solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Home Sales Concierge to join our team. This role supports sales for a thoughtfully designed master-planned golf and lake community in Greenwood, South Carolina.

As the Onsite New Home Sales Concierge, you’ll be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers visiting our model homes and Discovery Center. This position is all about building relationships, guiding buyers through the sales journey, and delivering an elevated, concierge-level experience from the first visit to closing.
You’ll manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing while providing exceptional service and representing the brand at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional onsite sales experience and conduct personalized Discovery Tours.
- Guide prospects through the homebuying journey, including design selections and closing.
- Educate buyers on homesites, floor plans, personalization options, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, construction, and design teams for seamless communication.
- Represent the community at events and build relationships with local realtors.
- Proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Assist in planning and hosting special events, Discovery Visits, and realtor-focused initiatives.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and buyer feedback to inform strategy.
- Ensure model homes and Discovery Center are always presentation-ready and aligned with brand standards.
- Support buyers with financing questions and connect them with preferred lenders when needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in new home sales or high-value residential real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work weekends, select evenings, and special events.
- South Carolina real estate license (or ability to obtain within 60 days) preferred.
- Experience in luxury real estate or master-planned communities is a plus.
