OVERVIEW

If you are a sharp new graduate looking to start a career in sales or have 1-2 years of experience with cold calling and outside sales, we’d love to consider you for a Territory Sales Rep for our client in Baton Rouge, LA. This is a direct hire, Monday-Friday job that offers base pay plus monthly commission bonuses!

 

DUTIES

  • Conduct outbound sales/cold calls daily to commercial companies and take inbound calls
  • Conduct sales support, including quoting, renewals, order entry, product maintenance, scheduling, and order processing
  • Strengthen relationships with customer accounts
  • Engage daily with the sales team, strategizing on ways to increase sales
  • Run weekly reports
  • Report to office in Baton Rouge daily Monday-Friday 8-5 (no remote or hybrid options)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-2 years of cold calling sales experience required
  • Ability to persuasively and professionally communicate with people of all backgrounds
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Able to pass a drug screen and background check based on company qualifications

 

PAY/BENEFITS

  • $50k/year base salary with commission giving earning potential of $70,000+ in the first year
  • Direct primary care (DPC) health benefits package that covers all direct primary care needs. In addition, $200 monthly stipend for health insurance is offered
