A well-established, locally owned facility services provider with national backing is seeking a high-performing, motivated Sales Executive to join its team. This role is focused on new business development within the janitorial and broader building services space, selling to companies not currently using the organization’s solutions.
This is a hunter-style sales role, ideal for someone energized by prospecting and converting new leads. The assigned territory, primarily in the Upstate South Carolina region, is rich with opportunity, making it an ideal environment for a driven sales professional looking to grow their income and impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively prospect, identify, and secure new B2B clients for janitorial and facility maintenance services

Develop and execute a territory sales strategy with high outbound activity

Present customized service solutions to business decision-makers

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage opportunities using a CRM

Collaborate internally with operations and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record in B2B service sales, with at least 3 years of successful sales experience

Hunter mentality with strong cold-calling, lead generation, and closing skills

Dynamic, confident communicator with professional presence and persuasive presentation abilities

Highly motivated by a performance-based compensation structure

Previous experience selling janitorial, facility, or outsourced services strongly preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus)
