This position is for an Outside Sales Representative who will network and connect with professional organizations to oversee their waste management needs. This role will build relationships and generate sales. This job will involve local travel (no overnights or weekends) and has a monthly vehicle allowance, cell phone, and laptop, base pay + commission, benefits and a LOT of flexibility for a dedicated, aggressive, and proactive sales person. 
 
DETAILS
  1. Conduct B2B Outside sales within the Raleigh, NC territory 
  2. Manage service contracts for long term business as well as logistics for short term solutions and products
  3. Conduct research, cold calling, and prospecting when not on the road
  4. Build a book of business in Wentzville territory and handle account management
  5. Monday-Friday 8-5
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Outside Sales experience is required 
  2. Candidates must have experience targeting commercial organizations to sell products/services
  3. Fine with doing 15-30 company visits/drop-in’s daily (about 30 out of 40 hours of the week will be in the field)
  4. Fine with coming into the office during business hours when not in client meetings
PAY/BENEFITS
  1. $50-$65k/year base (depending on experience) + commission
  2. ~$85-95k/ in total comp in 1st year
  3.  ~$120k-$150k/year 2nd/3rd year once book of business is established
