Responsibilities:
- Support the Area President and General Manager in executing marketing and sales strategies
- Visit a high-volume of existing and prospective customer offices daily
- Build and maintain positive community relationships through involvement in civic groups, trade organizations, business associations, and other key networks
- Drive new customer acquisition and ensure retention of existing customers within the assigned market
- Report monthly sales performance and pipeline activity
- Research, prepare, assemble, and deliver proposals for prospective and existing customers
- Support customer retention efforts and respond promptly to customer concerns
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM
- Knowledge of all facets of sales strategy and implementation including market research, customer prospecting, sales promotion and customer retention strategies
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000 – $60,000 base salary
