We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join a growing company in Greenville, SC. The position is full-time, temp-to-perm, and pays up to $18hr (based on experience).
Schedule:
- Monday 8:30am – 5pm
- Tuesday – Friday 12:30pm – 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, in person and on the phone
- Direct incoming calls, voicemails, and emails to the appropriate team members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in appointment scheduling, confirmations, and basic calendar management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Assist with filing, scanning, printing, and basic data entry
- Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
- Provide general support to the Office Manager and other team members as assigned
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
- One year of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, Acuity Scheduling, or JotForm is a plus but not required
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Ideal candidates are proactive, professional, and eager to contribute to a client-focused workplace
- Two-week training period included
