Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join a growing company in Greenville, SC. The position is full-time, temp-to-perm, and pays up to $18hr (based on experience).

Schedule: 
  • Monday 8:30am – 5pm
  • Tuesday – Friday 12:30pm – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, in person and on the phone
  • Direct incoming calls, voicemails, and emails to the appropriate team members
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist in appointment scheduling, confirmations, and basic calendar management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Assist with filing, scanning, printing, and basic data entry
  • Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
  • Provide general support to the Office Manager and other team members as assigned
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
Qualifications:
  • One year of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, Acuity Scheduling, or JotForm is a plus but not required
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
  • Ideal candidates are proactive, professional, and eager to contribute to a client-focused workplace
  • Two-week training period included
