The ideal candidate will:
- Have management/supervisory experience, to include interviewing/hiring, training, problem resolution, managing workflow, and performance evaluation/management.
- Conduct performance reviews and assist in setting long-term goals
- Lead hiring efforts, onboarding, and new employee training
- Oversee patient documentation and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical partner requirements
- Coordinate with clinics regarding patient eligibility and status
- Monitor workflows to improve efficiency and maintain quality standards
- Support audit preparation and adherence to HIPAA and safety regulations
- Have experience with enrollment processing, data reporting, and auditing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, OR high school diploma and at least 10 years of experience, in the healthcare/pharmacy field in a position of similar capacity.
- Experience in the nonprofit and/or healthcare sector strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team development skills.
- Be able to Interact and work effectively with diverse groups of people, including healthcare organizations, community leadership, and members of the community.
- Have advanced verbal and written communication skills and be able to present to small and large groups.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word computer programs.
