We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator for an established construction company in Columbia, SC. This is a full time, permanent position that is onsite.
Responsibilities:

Processes payroll using automated systems and maintains up-to-date employee payroll records

Ensure timely and compliant employee payments, including direct deposits and regulatory reporting

Prepare and file certified payroll reports, tax forms, and support audits and quarterly/annual returns

Calculate payroll liabilities, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies with precision

Provide responsive payroll support, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with HR and management
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in payroll processing strongly preferred

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, preferred.

Monday to Thursday, 8:15-5:30p.m. and Friday 8:15 – 1:00p.m.
