A manufacturing company is hiring a Payroll and Benefits Administrator in Spartanburg, SC. Significant payroll and benefits experience is required for this position. This is a direct hire, onsite position with standard business hours.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and updates
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare, maintain, and update payroll-related records and reports
  • Maintain organized and confidential HR records in compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and benefits providers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
 
Qualifications:
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll processing
  • Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and federal/state regulations
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $50,000 – $55,000, based on experience
  • Employer sponsored health insurance
