Responsibilities:
- Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and updates
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare, maintain, and update payroll-related records and reports
- Maintain organized and confidential HR records in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Act as a liaison between the organization and benefits providers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
Qualifications:
- SHRM certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in human resources
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll processing
- Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and federal/state regulations
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000 – $55,000, based on experience
- Employer sponsored health insurance
