We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager for an established company in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full time, permanent position that is hybrid.
Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end, multi-state payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulations

Supervise the preparation and maintenance of payroll records, including deductions, garnishments, and adjustments

Lead internal/external payroll audits and resolve complex payroll issues and inquiries

Collaborate with other departments on payroll reconciliations, reporting, and headcount analysis to support financial planning and leadership insights

Maintain strong controls, documentation, and audit readiness for payroll processes
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in payroll processing

Multi-state payroll experience required

Previous experience utilizing ADP

Detail oriented with strong analytical skills

Strong communication skills both verbally and written

Monday to Friday (standard business hours)

Compensation:
- $85-95k, depending on experience.
