We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager for an established company in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full time, permanent position that is hybrid.  

 Responsibilities:           

  • Manage end-to-end, multi-state payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulations 

  • Supervise the preparation and maintenance of payroll records, including deductions, garnishments, and adjustments 

  • Lead internal/external payroll audits and resolve complex payroll issues and inquiries 

  • Collaborate with other departments on payroll reconciliations, reporting, and headcount analysis to support financial planning and leadership insights 

  • Maintain strong controls, documentation, and audit readiness for payroll processes 

  Qualifications:           

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing  

  • Multi-state payroll experience required  

  • Previous experience utilizing ADP  

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills    

  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written        

Hours:           

  • Monday to Friday (standard business hours)       

  • Hybrid      

  • Permanent/Direct Hire                        

Compensation:         

  • $85-95k, depending on experience.  
  • Health, dental and vision and a 401k plan. Plus PTO and paid holidays
