Responsibilities
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation structures, benefits programs, and wellness initiatives to support employee motivation and retention.
- Onboarding: Manage posting jobs and efficiently onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances, managing conflict, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Training & Development: Assess training needs and implement development programs to enhance skills and motivation, ensuring high standards and adherence to company values.
- HR Data & Reporting: Maintain HR records, administer HR software, and provide HR metrics and reporting to management for decision support.
- Workplace Culture: Foster a positive and productive workplace culture through initiatives, effective communication, and demonstrating company values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources specifically within payroll
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
