Overview: A construction/manufacturing company is currently seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Admin to join their team in Greenville, SC. This role is critical in supporting the Project Management and Sales teams by coordinating project documentation, communications, and administrative workflows throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Download and organize bid documents (e.g., RFPs, drawings) to internal drive
  • Assist Sales team with RFP responses and complete prequalification forms
  • Order bid bonds as required
  • Enter new job data into internal systems (Viewpoint/Concrete Vision) and issue booking notifications
  • Schedule Turnover Meetings and prepare/distribute related documentation
  • Coordinate and set up internal and external meetings
  • Upload project drawings to SharePoint for engineering and subcontractor review
  • Draft, prepare, and manage project-related correspondence
  • Maintain electronic filing of all job documentation
  • Generate and distribute weekly Project Status Reports
  • Order required insurance documents and bonds
  • Complete and submit insurance paperwork
  • Assist with LEED documentation and submittals
  • Route contracts and change orders for approvals; file and return to General Contractor
  • Submit closeout documentation and materials to GC upon project completion
  • Prepare transmittals and upload drawing submittals for GC/Architect
  • Manage office supply inventory (paper, ink, toner) and print drawings as needed
Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Able to remain adaptable to shifting priorities or schedule changes
  • Maintains a clean, professional, and organized workspace
  • Prefer Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Schedule:
  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
