Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This role will oversee all aspects of program setup, including technology implementation, process development, and stakeholder coordination. This role is fully onsite and a 12 month contract position.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage project planning, timelines, and deliverables from start to finish.

Oversee communication, reporting, and risk management.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Support procurement, contract management, and project documentation.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and experience managing large, complex projects.

20+ years of experience implementing South Carolina environmental programs.

Knowledge of project management principles, state procurement, and fiscal policies.
