Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages and maintains IT infrastructure, including firewalls, networks (wired and wireless), servers, databases, Office 365, backups, antivirus solutions, and more.
  • Monitors system performance, capacity, and security across all platforms.
  • Advises leadership on strategic use of technology and directs hardware/software selection and implementation.
  • Oversees the IT budget, strategic IT planning, and procurement.
  • Develops and enforces policies to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and availability, including backup and security protocols.
  • Administers the point-of-sale (POS) system and ensures associated databases are secure and maintained.
  • Serves as the organization’s liaison for state cybersecurity and IT policy compliance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • Audio/visual technology.
  • IT networking experience.
  • Help desk support (tier I and II)
  • Managing network access, user accounts, and devices
  • Supporting IT operations and providing infrastructure stability
