Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst – Project Lead to join its Medicaid modernization initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, transformational environments and are passionate about improving healthcare systems through quality-driven testing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive QA and UAT test plans
  • Translate business requirements into functional test cases
  • Test application reliability, performance, and usability
  • Create and maintain traceability from test cases to requirements
  • Run and maintain manual and automated testing scripts
  • Participate in defect triage, retesting, and resolution
  • Document test outcomes and process improvements
  • Follow established testing governance and contribute to enhancements
Required Skills:
  • Translating requirements into test cases
  • Building and executing test scenarios
  • Experience in healthcare operations (Medicaid preferred)
  • Strong communication and issue tracking/reporting skills
  • Hands-on experience with formal test design tools
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in large enterprise or e-business systems
  • Proficient with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or healthcare field (or equivalent experience)
  • No certifications required; technical or project management certifications are a plus
