This role is Temp-to-Hire with standard hours in office in Simpsonville.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Track applications, compliance issues, and violations.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with scheduling.
- Manage reservations and administration for community amenities.
- Process payments, fees, and financial transactions; assist with collections and legal coordination when necessary.
- Coordinate vendor services, obtain bids, and support project management.
- Assist with invoice processing and collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; business administration coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Compensation/Benefits:
- $19-22/hour
