Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the team with general administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a professional office setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members

  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

  • Manage office supplies and assist with inventory tracking

  • Support team members with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling

  • Respond to inquiries and provide general information to guests and clients

  • Assist with additional clerical or office support projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


Position Details

  • Pay Rate: $17/hour

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
