Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the team with general administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a professional office setting.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members

Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

Manage office supplies and assist with inventory tracking

Support team members with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling

Respond to inquiries and provide general information to guests and clients

Assist with additional clerical or office support projects as needed
Qualifications

Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
