Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions across U.S. locations.
- Determine appropriate sourcing and recruitment strategies for open roles.
- Review and screen resumes and applications.
- Coordinate, schedule, and conduct candidate interviews.
- Complete employment reference checks, administer assessments/profiles, and initiate background checks.
- Prepare and extend job offers with approval from the Head of Recruiting, U.S.
- Partner with and coordinate external recruiting agencies as needed.
- Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of ADP, SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Suites
- 3+ years of working in a fast paced work environment
- $25 – $30 hr
