A well known client of ours is looking to hire a Recruiter to join their team and support full-cycle hiring for roles across multiple locations. This role partners closely with hiring leaders in an administrative support function, supports the Head of Recruiting, and plays a key role in strengthening our talent acquisition processes. This opportunity is a contract role for 6 months. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions across U.S. locations.
  • Determine appropriate sourcing and recruitment strategies for open roles.
  • Review and screen resumes and applications.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and conduct candidate interviews.
  • Complete employment reference checks, administer assessments/profiles, and initiate background checks.
  • Prepare and extend job offers with approval from the Head of Recruiting, U.S.
  • Partner with and coordinate external recruiting agencies as needed.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
Qualifications: 
  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of ADP, SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Suites 
  • 3+ years of working in a fast paced work environment 
Compensation & Benefits: 
  • $25 – $30 hr
