Overview: Our client, a well-established and fast-growing finance loan company in Greenville, SC, is seeking an on-site Temporary Recruiter to support their internal hiring needs through the summer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling full-cycle recruitment independently.
They are looking for someone who can jump in quickly, manage multiple openings, and willing to work hard. Potential to lead to a full-time position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles (from intake to offer)
  • Source candidates using various tools and platforms
  • Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers
  • Facilitate offer processes and pre-employment steps
  • Ensure an efficient and professional candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of recruiting experience (full-cycle strongly preferred)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using ATS platforms
  • Previous experience recruiting in finance, lending, or a similarly fast-paced industry is a plus
Compensation:
  • Hourly pay between $20–$25 depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm on-site in Greenville, SC
