We are seeking a part-time recruiting intern for the Fall of 2025 at Find Great People. This position will report to the Director of Recruiting and work closely with our recruiting team. They will be responsible for supporting the Columbia office with recruiting efforts, client support, and general office administration. We are seeking an individual to work 20-25 hours per week on-site. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from candidates and be the face of FGP Columbia.
  • Mail cards and letters on behalf of the office.
  • Coordinate and order treats for team meetings or birthday celebrations.
  • Stock office supplies.
  • Coordinate team development outings.
  • Work closely with the Accounting and Marketing teams on various projects and initiatives.
  • Attend morning board meetings.
  • Format resumes for Recruiters.
  • Post and manage job postings on various job platforms.
  • Approve Internal FGP job postings.
  • Assist with high-volume recruiting projects.
  • Conduct Reference Calls.
  • Screen resumes from the FGP website and perform follow-up with applicants.
  • Document activities into the FGP database (Bullhorn).
  • Participate in career fairs, develop collegiate contacts and relationships with other professional associations as a recruitment resource.
