A well known construction company in Greenville is seeking a detail-oriented Risk Coordinator to support risk management efforts across construction projects. This role is pivotal in Trade Partner onboarding, insurance compliance, contract review, and risk mitigation while serving as a trusted resource for internal teams. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. This role is full time and direct hire. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate onboarding, prequalification, and compliance for Trade Partners

  • Manage insurance documentation, including certificates of insurance and renewals

  • Review contracts and agreements to ensure appropriate insurance and risk requirements

  • Support Trade Partner default insurance programs, including enrollment, tracking, and reporting

  • Coordinate with all parties on coverage and claims matters

  • Assist with identifying the potential of  risk exposure

  • Serve as a risk management resource 

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and local regulations

  • Support contract/RFP reviews and project start-up activities

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Risk Management, or Construction Management (preferred)

  • Knowledge of construction contracts and insurance requirements 

  • Effectively multi task with a strong attention to detail
