A well known construction company in Greenville is seeking a detail-oriented Risk Coordinator to support risk management efforts across construction projects. This role is pivotal in Trade Partner onboarding, insurance compliance, contract review, and risk mitigation while serving as a trusted resource for internal teams. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. This role is full time and direct hire.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate onboarding, prequalification, and compliance for Trade Partners

Manage insurance documentation, including certificates of insurance and renewals

Review contracts and agreements to ensure appropriate insurance and risk requirements

Support Trade Partner default insurance programs, including enrollment, tracking, and reporting

Coordinate with all parties on coverage and claims matters

Assist with identifying the potential of risk exposure

Serve as a risk management resource

Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and local regulations

Support contract/RFP reviews and project start-up activities
Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Risk Management, or Construction Management (preferred)

Knowledge of construction contracts and insurance requirements

Effectively multi task with a strong attention to detail
