This is a direct hire, full-time position with a fully remote schedule. Residency is preferred in Greenville, SC.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of BDRs focused on outbound pipeline generation
- Create and refine outreach strategies to drive high-quality meetings and opportunities for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent messaging
- Monitor key performance metrics (activity levels, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) and implement improvements as needed
- Develop training programs and ongoing coaching to enhance prospecting, discovery, and objection-handling skills
- Contribute to forecasting and pipeline reviews with leadership
- Represent the BDR function in cross-departmental meetings and help align team objectives with company growth goals
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring a BDR/SDR team in a SaaS or tech environment
- Proven track record of driving outbound sales performance and exceeding pipeline goals
- Experience selling into SMB, healthcare, or owner-operator markets preferred
- Strong understanding of outbound tools and processes, including HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Preferred experience within a private equity-backed or fast-scaling organization
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $140-160K OTE
