Established and successful manufacturer is seeking a strategic and hands-on Sales Director to lead the sales organization and drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Introduce structure, process, and best practices to optimize sales operations and ensure scalability.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, serving as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team, promoting a positive, performance-driven environment aligned with company values.
- Oversee pricing, quoting, and contract negotiations to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with operations, production, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to ownership.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, strengthening brand visibility.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and leverage customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B environments; experience in manufacturing, materials or fiber is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and implementing scalable sales processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
