Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development Manager with client meetings (in person and virtual), proposals, and follow-ups to grow both new and existing accounts
- Coordinate and execute ad scheduling, proposal preparation, contracts, and CRM/order entry
- Deliver exceptional client service through prompt communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
- Attend weekly internal sales meetings
- Manage creative and CRM requests, ensuring projects stay on time and on brand
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth campaign execution
- Assist with sponsored events as needed
- Support sales initiatives through lead generation, prospecting, inside sales calls and event participation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Benefits & Compensation:
- $55,000 – $60,000
