Senior Benefits Analyst

Our client in Clemson, SC is seeking a Benefits Analyst. The ideal candidate is highly professional, relational, and experienced with insurance or retirement.  

The schedule is hybrid with hours 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.  

Responsibilities:  

• Navigate benefit portals and work closely with carriers 

• Assist with transition to a new ERP system 

• Help new hires with benefits onboarding 

• Partner with HR and Payroll Department 

• Answer employee questions related to benefits  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 3+ years of experience related to retirement or insurance

• Excellent communication skills  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office  

Compensation: $24 – 26 hourly, based on experience
