Senior Project Manager – High-Growth Industry | On-Site role

We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support the rapid growth of our client’s business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex projects with a focus on customer satisfaction, cost control, and schedule adherence. Ideal candidates will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong technical foundation, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high levels of communication and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor management, and ERP workflows to keep projects on track and compliant with contractual requirements.
  • Provide regular project updates and milestone reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to local permitting, building codes, and utility requirements.
  • Resolve project-related issues proactively and collaboratively.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across project management practices.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex technical or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including third-party contractors and internal departments.
  • Background in renewable energy, LED lighting, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Track record of driving continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience (Epicor or similar) preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
