We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to manage technician schedules, customer service requests, and accurate job quotes for installations, repairs, and parts. This role supports the division manager to ensure smooth operations, efficient resource use, and high customer satisfaction.
 
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily technician schedules, confirm appointments, and adjust for delays or emergencies.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, collaborate on pricing, and manage approvals and work orders.
  • Act as the main point of contact, provide updates, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain service records, process purchase orders, and support reporting and workflow improvements.
 
Qualifications
  • Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic technical knowledge of parts or services (training provided).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
