Site Operations Manager – Heavy Equipment Facility
A busy, growing heavy equipment operation in Hazlehurst, GA is hiring a Site Operations Manager to oversee all day?to?day site operations. This role leads and mentors the managers responsible for cataloging, inventory, service, yard operations, and customer support, and reports directly to the COO.
You’ll keep the site running smoothly by ensuring processes are followed, work is accurate, reporting is organized, and customers receive the correct information. You’ll also be the escalation point for issues involving shippers, disputes, collections, financing, and refunds. You will step in when needed as a calm, confident decision?maker when things need a quick resolution.
This is a fast?moving environment. The right person stays steady under pressure, manages multiple workflows at the same time, and enjoys being hands?on in a setting where equipment, people, and deadlines are constantly in motion.
Experience in heavy equipment, rental, dealership, or logistics operations is ideal, especially for someone who can lead multiple teams and catch small issues before they become big ones.
